### Tiferet (1) YHVH
The fifth of the sacred names according to the hierarchy of levels is the name called YHWH, source of all blessings. Know and believe that the name YHWH is the pillar upon which all the sefirot, both upper and lower, are bound, unified from below to above, and through which they receive influence from above to below. This name stands like the trunk of a tree, while all the other sacred names are like its branches. All of them unite with it above, below, and in all directions. It is the name that unifies all the sefirot through its letters. Likewise, all created beings exist through it, and all the chariots of the world, both upper and lower, depend on it and look to it. All the structures of the world, its foundations and its forms, are suspended upon it. There is nothing in all the worlds that is not dependent upon and perfected through the name YHWH, source of all blessings.
Know that all of His names, source of all blessings, are borne and encompassed within the Unique Name, which is the name YHWH, source of all blessings. [...]
Some of these names are like roots, some like branches, and some like the highest reaches of the tree’s canopy. The Unique Name, source of all blessings, stands at the center and is called the middle line, while all other names are encompassed within it from all sides—like the tree’s crown, roots, and branches.
[The Tip of the Yod]
How so? The first letter of the name YHWH, source of all blessings, alludes to two names. The tip of the Yod, which points upward, signifies the great primordial light, the depth of the primordial existence in the depth of being. This is called Ehyeh, which is also known as the Boundless (Ein G’vul). It is called Ein (Nothingness) because of its utter concealment from all existences, both upper and lower—no one can grasp anything about it. If one were to ask: "What is it?", the answer would be: "Ein (Nothingness)." That is, no one can comprehend anything about it. Concerning this, it is said: “From one end of the heavens to the other, you may inquire, but you shall not inquire what is above or what is below.” This is the secret of the tip of the Yod, the upper point, which alludes to the Supreme Crown (Keter Elyon)...
[Yod]
And the mystery of the letter Yod in the divine name is that it is called the Wonders of Wisdom. Concerning it, it is said: “Do not inquire into what is beyond you; do not investigate what is hidden from you.” It is also called the Hidden Wisdom, about which it is written: “And wisdom, from nothingness (Ayin), shall be found” (Job 28:12). For its very name is Wisdom (Chokhmah), and it is said of it: “It is concealed from the eyes of all living” (Job 28:21). From this concealment, the world was created. This Yod is called Will without Bound and is also called Thought. Concerning it, Scripture states: “How deep are Your thoughts” (Psalms 92:6) and “Deep, deep—who can find it?” (Ecclesiastes 7:24).
[Heh]
The secret of the second letter of the Name, which is Heh (ה), refers to Binah (Understanding), which...connects the three upper Sefirot—Keter (Crown), Chokhmah (Wisdom), and Binah (Understanding)—with Gedulah (Greatness), Gevurah (Might), Tiferet (Beauty), Netzach (Eternity), Hod (Splendor), Yesod (Foundation), and also the tenth Sefirah, Malkhut (Kingship), as it is bound to Yesod. Thus, Binah binds six Sefirot—seven together with Malkhut—to the three upper Sefirot. And this is the letter He (ה), the second letter of the Tetragrammaton (יהו-ה)...
...And its unique name in the Torah is YHWH (יהו-ה), for the form of the letters is that of YHWH, while their vocalization is that of Elohim (אֱלֹהִים), since the attribute of Gevurah, called Elohim, is drawn from Binah...
The secret of the second letter of the Name, which is the secret of Heh (ה), is the secret of Binah, which is contained within speech and language. And in Binah, all life is grasped, and from it, all the Sefirot below it draw life, just as it draws from what is above it...
[Vav]
The secret of the third part of the Name is the secret of the letter Vav (ו), and it encompasses six sefirot in the number six: three sefirot from the upper half of the Vav, and three from the lower half of the Vav. The three sefirot from the upper half of the Vav are Chesed (Greatness), Gevurah (Might), and Tiferet (Beauty), while the three sefirot from the lower half of the Vav are Netzach (Eternity), Hod (Splendor), and Yesod (Foundation). All these six sefirot are included within the letter Vav. Behold, the letter Vav of the Name stands in place of the entire Name. And you will yet see deep and wondrous things in these letters of the Name, with the help of God, and your eyes will see, and your heart will rejoice.
The secret of the third letter of the Name hints at the six sefirot below the three upper sefirot, and it is the letter Vav (ו). It is the secret of the connection between all the upper and lower sefirot, ascending to Keter (Crown) and descending to Malchut (Kingdom), encompassing all the sefirot, and all of them are united within it—those above and those below, those to the right and those to the left—and it is called the "middle line."
The secret of this letter, which is the third letter of the Name and is called Vav, is that it includes six names corresponding to the six sefirot, which are: "El" corresponding to Chesed (Greatness), "Elohim" corresponding to Gevurah (Might), "YHVH" corresponding to Tiferet (Beauty), "YHVH Tzevaot" corresponding to Netzach (Eternity), "Elohim Tzevaot" corresponding to Hod (Splendor), and "El Chai" corresponding to Yesod (Foundation). Thus, it is found that the secret of the Vav of the Name is a general encompassing of six of the names of the Blessed Name
[Heh]
The secret of the fourth letter of the Name is the secret of the letter Heh (ה), and it is the secret of the final sefirah called Malchut (Kingdom), which is the secret of the unity of the Blessed YHVH. Through it, the faith in the unity of the Creator is built and established. From the secret of the Heh and downward is the separation, and the secret is: "And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and became four heads" (Genesis 2:10), which are the secret of the four camps of the Shechinah. Thus, it is found that the Blessed YHVH includes the ten sefirot in their proper order.
The secret of the fourth letter of the Blessed Name is the secret of the final Heh, which is the secret of Malchut, the secret of sovereignty, the secret of the Shechinah, the secret of the final wisdom, and the secret of the Name called Adonai (אדנ"י). For this Name, as we have informed you, is the secret of the perfection of unity. It is the "Stone of Israel," drawing to them all kinds of delights, goodness, greatness, salvation, and redemption. It is the glory of the people of Israel always, even in their exile, as it is said: "And let them make Me a sanctuary, that I may dwell among them" (Exodus 25:8).
