# Alonei Anak ![[alonim 1 stone and stairs 1.jpg]] The site is located today in a JNF park called [Sataf](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sataf). It is a named after the Palestinian village Sataf which was destroyed during the [[The Nakba|Nakba]]. A sign by the JNF calls it *Alonei Anak* (The Greak Oaks) and claims a byzantine church and water system once stood there. I haven't yet been able to find any information about it apart from the JNF sign.
